These terms cover this website and the text messages sent by Embrace BJJ LLC, doing business as Embrace Martial Arts.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Embrace Martial Arts free class and member messages.
- What you will get: texts about booking and confirming your free class, reminders, and replies to questions you ask us.
- How you sign up: by checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms (the free class form, the Talk to a coach form, or an Embrace Kids Club contact form), by checking it on the text reminders page linked from your free class booking email, or by texting us first.
- Age: you must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs up and receives the texts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, call (919) 777-3649, or email embracebjj@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Using this website
The information on this site is general information about our programs and schedules, which may change. Submitting a form is a request for a free class, not a membership agreement. Memberships, billing, and waivers are handled separately when you join.
Training
Martial arts training involves physical activity and some risk of injury. Everyone signs our waiver before training. Check with a doctor before starting if you have health concerns.
